Terms, refunds & account deletion — synuracore.com
This site
synuracore.com describes products made by SynuraCore and links to the stores where they are sold. Nothing is sold on this page itself. Content is provided as-is; product details may change — the store listing is authoritative.
Purchases and refunds
Every purchase is made on a store and is governed by that store's terms: Google Play (Saju Today), itch.io and Gumroad (asset packs), Etsy (AtlasOfOne printables), Roblox (Cube Factory Tycoon). Refunds follow each store's policy; where the store leaves it to the seller, write to [email protected] with your order id and we answer within a few days. Digital files that have been downloaded are generally not refundable under store policy, except where required by law.
Account and data deletion
Saju Today accounts and their data can be deleted from inside the app or on request; Life Interpreter accounts are deleted on request by email, as described on its privacy page (lifeinterp.hun-is.com/privacy.html). Each app's privacy page states what is removed and what transaction records are kept for accounting. Other products keep no account with us — Roblox, Etsy, itch.io and Gumroad accounts are managed by those platforms.
AI-generated content
Saju Today shows readings generated by AI language models (Google Gemini; in-depth readings by Anthropic Claude) and Life Interpreter by Google Gemini; each names the model on screen. The asset packs are AI-generated with PixelLab and reviewed by hand. Generated readings are for reflection and entertainment — not a prediction of the future, and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in a difficult situation right now, please contact a helpline in your country (findahelpline.com).
Licences
Asset-pack licences are stated on each pack's store page. Open-source repositories are MIT-licensed as stated in each repository.
